Teresa O'Dette
As President and Mortgage Consultant of O'Dette Mortgage Group, Teresa O'Dette has been making dreams come true since 1999. She was Production Partner for Lake Tahoe Mortgage Corporation before founding O'Dette Mortgage Group in 2002, headquartered in Tahoe City, CA. Teresa has created "clients for life" with proven systems of constant communication, follow through and making herself and her team available 7 days a week. Teresa and her team are committed to keeping up-to-date on every new loan program, guideline and regulation while delivering the highest level of customer service. Over 90% of her business is referred to her by satisfied clients, realtors, financial planners, CPA's, attorneys and insurance companies. Recognizing the need to better serve her vacation home owner clients, Teresa opened an office in San Francisco in 2008, partnering with mortgage consultant, Ephraim Schwartz. Teresa also serves on the North Tahoe Fire Board of Directors and is on the Leadership Council and a founding member of the Queen of Hearts philanthropic foundation. Ephraim Schwartz
Partner and Mortgage Consultant, Ephraim Schwartz joined OMG with a professional background in wholesale lending and financial analysis. Originally from Boulder CO., Ephraim earned his degree in Mathematics from the University of Colorado where he skied on the Freestyle team and grew up with a love for the great outdoors. Today, he couldn't be happier about his return to Northern California in 1999, the purchase of his home, and being a part of the team at OMG. Along with his experience in the mortgage business, Ephraim combines many years restaurant experience with a math & financial background for a valuable balance of personal service and analytical skills. When work is done Ephraim loves all that San Francisco has to offer, spending time in Tahoe, and pursuing his passions for skiing, skydiving, surfing, mountain biking, and climbing. Janet Wees
As Partner of Business Development, Janet's focus is not only on providing financial specific guidance, but integrating life planning as well. Combining her degree in Business Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University with many years of experience in business management, she understands that no two individuals have the same needs and goals. A San Diego native that moved here with her husband in 2000, Janet can think of no other area than the Tahoe-Truckee community that she would rather call her "home". Andrew Koijane
As a Mortgage Consultant, Andrew Koijane has handled hundreds of various financing scenarios ranging from home and commercial purchases, refinances and construction loans. Having himself purchased three properties in the Tahoe Basin and two in Portola, Andrew is closely in tune with the various advantages owning real estate provides and can counsel clients in the best direction. Growing up in Palo Alto, California, Andrew moved to Lake Tahoe nineteen years ago and explored ventures as a triathlete and bike shop manager as well as a carpenter. As a Tahoe resident since 1984, Katie is firmly rooted in North Lake Tahoe and lives in Alpine Meadows with her Husband of 14 years. They own their primary home and five rental units. As Vice President of Production, Amy coordinates the entire loan process from beginning to end, ensuring that all documents needed to process and underwrite your loan are received in the shortest timeframe possible. Growing up in nearby Mountain View, California, Amy vacationed in the Homewood area of North Tahoe until her love of skiing, mountain biking, and the outdoors brought her to Lake Tahoe full time in 1996. Stephanie Poole McIntosh
As O'Dette Mortgage Group's director of Strategic Partnerships, Stephanie develops and maintains mutually beneficial business relationships with real estate agents, financial planners, CPA's and our community as a whole. She is actively involved in and volunteers for such groups as Arts for the Schools, the Queen of Hearts Foundation and Truckee Rotary. Stephanie moved to Truckee in 2003 and has traveled around the world with the America's Cup and the Volvo Ocean Race.
